Pilates is the best thing you can do for your body and mind. It will relax you, energise you, release muscle tension, improve your posture, tone you up and make you look and feel better. While there is a focus on core stability and improving stamina, we will also work on releasing tension and mobilising the joints, particularly shoulders, hips and spine. Classes are suitable for all levels and class sizes are small to ensure you get individual attention. The best way to approach any exercise is to enjoy yourself so classes are fun and relaxed but with some hard work in there too!
6pm: Pilates for pregnancy
Pregnancy classes are safe, gentle, supportive and relaxing, specifically designed for pregnancy. The class will help to release tension, reduce back ache, strengthen your pelvic floor and improve posture, balance and coordination. Class size is small (maximum of ten people).
Improvers classes are suitable for those with some experience of Pilates who are looking to work harder. We will challenge the Pilates basics with a range of small equipment and unusual combinations of exercises.
Beginners classes are suitable for those with little or no experience of Pilates or for anyone who is returning to exercise after injury or having a baby.
