This exhibition at Oxford House is part of a multi-location exhibition showcasing
Lucinda May dancing in 40 locations around Bethnal Green. Part of a series of
projects celebrating aspects of Bethnal Green’s rich history, May was filmed over
one week dancing in the locations of 40 past and present churches as a gesture of
hope and possibility in the area where she lives. The films will be shown across one
week in 4 different locations.

Private View: 9th March, 6-9pm

Lucinda May is a conceptual artist who studied MA Fine Art at Edinburgh
University and is currently one of the artists in residence at Husk in Limehouse.
