Singer Kate Lister & pianist Alex Hill have been making music together for over a decade. They first met in Edinburgh and have since performed extensively with pop/soul band The Foo Birds at venues and festivals across the UK and Europe. As a piano & vocal duo, they specialise in jazz, pop, blues & soul, featuring some of their own original material alongside an exciting array of re-imagined cover songs.

This performance forms part of Oxford House’s Friday Music programme, a series of afternoon music performances in our cafe throughout summer. Performances are ticketed and have limited capacity so booking is essential. If  all ticket for this show have all sold out, please keep checking the website to see if more tickets have been released or please book  another performance.

Safety at our venue

This performance will take place indoors at Oxford House Cafe after  21 June, when we expect Covid 19 restrictions to lift.

However, at the moment we will be releasing limited tickets to this performance until it is confirmed that social distancing measures and reduced audiences capacities have been lifted.

We are a small venue and are trying our best to make events work and ensure that visitors,  artists, staff and our community can enjoy themselves after an incredibly difficult year. Please bear with us as some things may change last minute or be a little bit more complex than we are all used to. We will all work together to figure it out and look forward to finally welcoming you back!
