“Those who can, do. Those who can do more, volunteer”
Volunteering remains at the heart of what we do at Oxford House today as it was in 1884 when OH first started. We believe that volunteering is at the heart of a strong and caring community. So, whether you want to ‘give something back’, learn a new skill, update your CV or get valuable work related experience OH has an opportunity for you.
We offer a range of opportunities from a few hours of your time to a longer more structured internship. Whatever choice you make by volunteering your time, energy and enthusiasm helps OH to provide a fantastic community and arts space for our local community. We could not provide these services without the hard work, skills and experiences that our volunteers bring.
We value our volunteers aiming to provide a fulfilling and rewarding experience with an opportunity to achieve your own personal goals through volunteering. All our volunteers are given regular supervision, support and guidance throughout your time with us and are given the opportunity to contribute fully to the organisation through ideas, suggestions and feedback.
