Positive care Link (PCL) provides culturally sensitive, confidential, practical and supportive health and social care services to people of ethnic minority. Especially Africans, in their homes and communities.	Phoenix Community Housing Co-operative is a member led organisation which is governed by a Committee structure. Phoenix helps to house single people, over 18, with low incomes that are either homeless or facing homelessness.
Hestia Housing & Support provides housing, care and support to those with mental health needs. From Oxford House, Hestia runs a Mental Health Befriending Service where volunteers support in-patients at the Tower Hamlets Centre for Mental Health and the Green Ward.	East London Asian Family Counselling. Providing help, support and advice especially for Asian women with a particular focus on domestic violence. ELAFC offers a culturally sensitive counselling and support
