Job Title: Cultural Programmer
(Full time & Fixed Term to 31.12.2020)
Reporting To: Chief Executive
Salary £28,000 – £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours 35 hours per week
Staff Responsibilities: None
Responsible for: Volunteers, interns, work experience, and freelancers

Key Objectives:
You will build on the work of our current Cultural Programmer who has led and developed the foundations of our £250k NLHF Activity Plan that has culminated in our reopening in summer 2019. You will deliver the remaining projects of the programmer through to completion and final report in December 2020. This includes nurturing sustainable partnerships with education, cultural and community organisations, managing active participation in the project through co-production by local people, volunteering, skills development and ensuring any remaining digitisation work is complete; including interpretation throughout the building and online.
