Max Runham is a singer-songwriter/composer/producer from South East London. Starting his professional career as an actor, Max’s craft was focused on storytelling and engaging an audience. Recently he has been dedicating himself to music full-time and formed a 4-piece band in 2019 playing his original songs on the London circuit. Max has always been inspired by the roots of Blues and Soul which has made its way into his writing from artists like Ray LaMontagne, Ray Charles, James Taylor, Carole King… Max has been using this quiet period to focus more heavily on music production and has been involved in creating music for a couple of documentaries and dance show ‘ÖGONBLICK’ in Sweden. He was also part of the 2020 Johnny Mercer Foundation Songwriting course which was led by master teachers, Andrew Lippa, Lindy Robbins, Craig Carnelia and Stephen Bray. Max has released 3 EP’s so far. His first, ‘Better Get In Line’ was released in 2018 followed the next year by a 3 track live EP, ‘Vibrans Soup’ and finally ‘Lockdown’ which was made in mid-2020.
