Spin Off- is a dance company for those aged over 55 years old. It is led by Green Candle Dance and takes place at Oxford House every Tuesday from 10.15am-12.15pm.

These weekly sessions aim to provide an opportunity for participants to meet and socialise whilst gaining the physical and mental health benefits associated with dance activities.
